EARTHQUAKE CAKE

EARTHQUAKE CAKE

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

Ingredients:

1 box German Choc cake mix - without pudding
1 cup chopped nuts
1 (3.5oz) can sweetened faked coconut
1/2 cup butter
8 oz cream cheese softened
1 (16 oz) box confectioner's sugar

Instructions:

Grease 9 x 12 cake pan
prepare cake batter according to directions
cover bottom of pan with coconut and nuts and cover with cake batter
melt butter in a bowl and add cream heese and confectioner sugar
mix to blend and spoon over unbaked batter
bake 40 to 42 minutes at 350 degrees

you cannot test for doneness with a cake tester as the cake will appear sticky even when done.
